is a lifelong resident of the Southern Tier.
She and her family have been in the furniture
business for nearly a century selling fine
furniture to thousands of satisfied customers.
Sharon continues the furniture tradition
out of her store at 34 Main Street in Johnson
City selling pre-owned furniture.
Over the years,
Sharon has developed an eye for quality
furnishings and decorating, and through
her new concept, Professional Home Staging
by Sharon Coury, she is able to bring all
of her talents and experience to the forefront
when working with both Buyers and Sellers.
Today, as a licensed
Realtor and Senior Real Estate Specialist,
Sharon merges all of her experience in business
and marketing to represent her real estate
clients with class and professionalism.
Sellers are able to take advantage of her
staging techniques to decorate and present
their home in a manner that will maximize
the sale price and reduce market time. Buyers
are assisted with planning and redecorating
to suit their tastes after the purchase.
Sharon spends her
free time scouting for vintage furniture,
and enjoys spending time at home with her
family.
