Dear Fellow Investor:

In 1981, I established Team Rein as part of my college thesis while attending Binghamton University in upstate New York. The real estate management experience did not begin there, however. My grandfather built and ran apartment complexes in the Syracuse, New York area beginning back when I was in kindergarten, 1960. I watched my mother work tirelessly to maintain rental books and maintenance expense records, and I'm not sure even today if she really understood the investment end of things. She passed away in 1998, and I never had the heart to ask her.
