Fellow Investor:
In
1981, I established Team Rein as part of my college
thesis while attending Binghamton University in
upstate New York. The real estate management experience
did not begin there, however. My grandfather built
and ran apartment complexes in the Syracuse, New
York area beginning back when I was in kindergarten,
1960. I watched my mother work tirelessly to maintain
rental books and maintenance expense records,
and I'm not sure even today if she really understood
the investment end of things. She passed away
in 1998, and I never had the heart to ask her.
Today,
as one of Broome County's largest owner/managers,
I am all too familiar with Cap Rates, Return on
Investment, Cost v. Market approach to valuation,
reserves, deferred maintenance, up-side potential,
and so on. With many of our clients based outside
of Broome County, Team Rein Real Estate is used
to the challenges of working with you as an investor
and is fully equipped to get you the information

the Internet together with our banking partners,
we are able to process your monthly disbursements
by way of electronic reporting, and issue wire
transfers of disbursements directly into your
account each month to get the money where you
need it as fast as possible.

operation, and interface with maintenance staff,
managers, you and your tenants to make sure that
the operation is running smoothly, 24 x 7. Our
interactions with local courts and municipalities
ensure the lines
of communication are open, so that we can
keep your operation up to the latest demands placed
