A native of Endwell,
New York, I have been with Team Rein since
its inception in 1983. Starting in the property
management business, I moved into real estate
sales in 1998. In 2003, I received my New
York State Associate Brokers license and
continue to work in residential sales. In
2004, I started Maryann L. Rein Real Estate
specializing in commercial real estate.
I am a member of the Southern Tier Chapter
of NYSCAR (New York State Commercial Association
of Realtors).
In addition to
being an Associate Broker, I am employed
by BAE SYSTEMS as an Engineering Technician
in the Product Design Engineering Department.
I hold a New York State Long-Term Care Insurance
license; in addition to Life, Disability
and Annuities since 2002 through New York
State Long-Term Care Brokers, Clifton Park,
NY, and am licensed as a New York State
Notary Public. I am enrolled in the Financial
Services degree program at Broome Community
College, Binghamton, NY.
Volunteering for
the annual St. Joseph's Bazaar, Endicott,
NY, membership in the Czechoslovak Moravan
Club, Endicott, NY and the Monday Afternoon
Club/Phelps Mansion Foundation, Binghamton,
NY help occupy my time. I have also done
volunteer work for the A.C.C. (Animal Care
Council), Endicott, NY. I enjoy reading,
walking and traveling. Favorite places to
visit are the Adirondack Park in upstate
New York and the red rock country of Sedona,
Arizona.
