If you are a prospective tenant, we think you will like the way we do business with you. Our rental office is open to serve you Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Applications can be faxed (607-785-3522) or e-mailed to our Property Manager, Sarah Guccia.

You will find everything you need here, at teamrein.com, to help you locate, apply for, and subsequently rent one of our houses / apartments. Team Rein has been in the business for over 25 years and has served over 5,000 tenants. Our exclusive "rent until you own" lease encourages you to lease a home or apartment from Team Rein, knowing that you are always free to purchase a home through our sales agency at any time during the agreement, and not be held back by an extended lease term.

Existing tenants, please look at our online maintenance request forms, and check out our new community bulletin board that will assist you in times of natural disasters, and keep you informed of emergency information and events in the community and at Team Rein. Everyone can use our Favorite Links page where you will find links to everything from New York State Real Property Law to baseball schedules, to the local and national weather, all categorized into easy groups.
